Palisades Tower  Mannix has recently completed the contract to provide Windows to the 32 story luxury high-rise located on the Palisades in Forty Lee, New Jersey.  The General Contractor is A.J.D. Construction Corporation. The owner is The Applied Companies of Hoboken New Jersey. The building features Mannix 5000 XOX Sliding windows and 3500 Series fixed lites arranged in large bays to provide a wide expanse of glass to take advantage of the magnificent views. The building sits atop the Palisades overlooking the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge.

The Caroline Mannix has recently completed shipping windows and doors to the  The Caroline project in New York, NY. The building is located at the corner of 23rd street and Sixth Avenue in Manhattan  This new construction project was heavily influenced by the NYC Landmark and Preservations.  Bing in the Cast Iron District the building had to replicate the Cast Iron construction of the surrounding buildings.

Alls Wells in Chicago Mannix has recently begun shipping windows and doors to the  Wells Street Tower project in Chicago, Illinois. The glazing contractor is Raney Harris. Wells Street Tower will bring the first new true luxury high rise condominium to the Printer’s Row area of Chicago’s South Loop. Almost 400 feet in height, Wells Street Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Chicago south of the loop. The soaring views that its luxury apartments will offer will be complimented by nine foot lofted ceilings and seven foot tall windows in each home.
