Avalon Morningside Mannix has recently completed the contract to provide Windows to the 22 story luxury high-rise located in Morningside.  The General Contractor is  Bovis Construction Corporation. The owner is Avalon Bay The building features Mannix 5000 XO Sliding windows and 3500 Series fixed lites arranged in continuous window wall to provide a wide expanse of glass to take advantage of the magnificent views.

The Caroline We are still extremely proud of the great job we did at this Costas Kondylis masterpiece.

9000 Series Vented/fixed window is scheduled to be tested for AAMA AW Life Cycling  the month of January 2010 at Architectural Testing Laboratory of York, PA.
